2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data through the following means:
Contact form: full name, email address, requested service, and message. We also automatically collect technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, page URL, submission date and time, timezone, and browser language.
Qualifier modal ("Book a Free Call" pop-up): service of interest, budget range, and optional message. This data is collected before redirecting the user to the contact form or booking system.
Google Analytics: this website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised browsing statistics, including pages visited, time on site, and approximate geographic data. This data is processed via cookies (see section 6).

4. Recipients and data processors
Data collected through forms is transmitted to the following data processors:
- Web3Forms — a form handling service that receives and forwards submissions to the data controller's email address.
- Google LLC — provider of Google Analytics, which processes browsing data on servers located in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Personal data is not shared with any third parties other than the processors listed above, or as required by law.
5. Retention period
Data collected through contact forms is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain the business relationship, for a maximum of 2 years from last contact. Web analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (14 months by default).
6. Cookie policy
This website uses first-party and third-party cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device when visiting a website.
